Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in professional services or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Ability to travel to FTI offices as needed.
• U.S. work authorization; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end operations and logistics for global Talent Development programs, courses, webinars, and events across in-person, virtual, and blended formats.
• Create courses and classes, manage registrations and rosters, maintain learning records, and support learner access in the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Manage training calendars, invitations, event technology, materials, vendors, inventory, facilities, and other program logistics.
• Develop and deliver clear program communications and marketing for varied audiences using appropriate internal channels.
• Serve as a point of contact for learners, facilitators, HR partners, vendors, and program stakeholders; respond to inquiries and resolve issues.
