You will partner with HRBPs and senior leaders to identify capability gaps and deploy global learning solutions, owning flagship initiatives from design to impact measurement. In this global role, you will guide end-to-end lifecycle processes, ensuring scalable, measurable outcomes and alignment with Twilio's strategic priorities.
