Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in professional services or related field
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Ability to travel to FTI offices as needed
• Experience administering a Learning Management System is preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end operations and logistics for global Talent Development programs across formats
• Create courses, manage registrations and LMS records
• Manage training calendars, event technology, vendors, inventories, and facilities
• Develop and deliver program communications for varied audiences
• Serve as point of contact for learners, HR partners, vendors, and stakeholders
• Produce recurring and ad hoc reports; support program evaluation and improvements
