Qualifications

• Proven ability to coach and develop talent in a virtual environment
• Experience designing training plans and learning modules
• Strong communication skills across written and spoken formats
• Familiarity with LMS, virtual meeting tools, and e-learning platforms

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training plans that are meaningful and measurable
• Coach learners and facilitate sessions on leadership development and onboarding
