Qualifications

• 5+ years in employee development, coaching, or HR roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized employee development plans in collaboration with leadership and HR teams.
• Identify skills gaps and recommend training programs to bridge them.
• Provide one-on-one coaching to employees across various roles and levels.
• Facilitate engaging virtual workshops and training sessions.
• Use analytics to track employee performance and growth.
• Provide actionable insights and feedback to both employees and management.
