Key Responsibilities

• Talent Development Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive online talent development strategy to address skill gaps and foster professional growth. Align talent development initiatives with organizational goals and objectives to enhance workforce capabilities.
• Program Design and Implementation: Design engaging and effective online training programs, workshops, and courses that cater to diverse learning styles. Utilize advanced e-learning platforms, interactive tools, and multimedia resources to create dynamic learning experiences. Oversee the implementation of development programs, ensuring seamless delivery and accessibility.
• Needs Assessment and Customization: Conduct regular needs assessments to identify training requirements and professional development opportunities. Tailor training programs to address employees' unique challenges and aspirations across different departments.
• Coaching and Mentoring: Provide virtual coaching and mentoring to employees to support their career development and performance improvement. Foster a culture of continuous learning and self-improvement through individual and group coaching sessions.
• Technology Integration: Leverage digital tools, learning management systems (LMS), and emerging technologies to enhance training delivery and engagement. Stay updated on the latest advancements in e-learning and talent development technologies to integrate innovative solutions.
• Performance Measurement and Reporting: Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and their impact on employee performance. Collect and analyze feedback from participants to refine programs and ensure continuous improvement. Provide detailed reports and insights to leadership on the progress and success of talent development initiatives.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with HR, management, and department heads to ensure talent development goals align with organizational priorities. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to promote talent development initiatives and secure buy-in. Build strong relationships with external training providers, consultants, and industry experts.
• Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion by incorporating these principles into all talent development programs. Create learning opportunities that reflect the diverse needs and backgrounds of employees.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Proven experience in talent development, training, or organizational development, preferably in a virtual environment.
• Expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and e-learning methodologies.
• Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and virtual training tools.
• Strong coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills.
