Qualifications

• Must-Have Credentials: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education, HR, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
• 3+ years in workforce development, career advising, or digital learning
• Proven experience delivering e-learning or online training in a remote setting
• Skill in simplifying complex topics into accessible formats
• Comfort using LMS platforms like Moodle, TalentLMS, or Thinkific
• Proficiency with tools like Miro or Canva

Responsibilities

• Design Digital Learning Journeys: Develop virtual learning pathways, e-courses, and certifications for workforce upskilling.
• Gamify & Engage: Introduce interactive elements; quizzes, simulations, scenario-based learning, and microbadges while ensuring user-friendly UX.
• Analyze for Impact: Monitor progress using analytics and learner feedback; recommend improvements to content relevance and completion rates.
• Collaborate Across Realities: Partner with instructional designers, virtual educators, HR leaders, and tech teams to bridge ideas with solutions.
• Mentor Emerging Talent: Provide one-on-one guidance to learners entering or transitioning careers.
