Everise is hiring a Specialist - Talent Acquisition to source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews for our US-based operations. This role supports fast-paced recruiting across multiple teams and requires strong communication and organizational skills.

The position is work-from-home with night shift hours from Monday to Friday and weekends off. Candidates should have at least 1 year of US recruiting experience and be comfortable using our ATS and standard office software.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of US recruiting experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to plan, organize and schedule workflows to meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle high-volume screening and scheduling.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
• Must have at least 35 Mbps internet connection for work-from-home position.
• Must be available for night shift (Mon-Fri) with weekends off.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for Windows.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and screen resumes.
• Facilitate pre-screening and TA interviews.
• Coordinate background checks and onboarding progress.
• Create postings and run reports from ATS.
• Support recruitment events and college recruiting efforts.
• Maintain recruiting trackers and admin tasks.
