Job summary

Mass Markets, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to support internal HR functions with a focus on recruitment. The role partners with the Talent Acquisition team and operations to coordinate hiring while delivering general HR support.

This is a full-time, on-site position requiring reporting to a local Mass Markets location. Ideal candidates are charismatic public speakers with strong work ethic, friendly and reliable, with call center or client services experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an HR Specialist or recruiting positions.
• Some undergraduate level education in Human Resources.
• Exceptional interpersonal & communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of training tools and techniques.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
• Time management, planning, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent presentation skills (oral and written).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced professional environment.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to address knowledge, expertise, and performance gaps with constructive feedback.
• Comfortable giving and receiving critical feedback.
• Capable of prioritizing and organizing work to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide general HR support in partnership with operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate data entries into HRIS databases.
• Coordinate recruitment activities.
• Prepare and submit job reacquisition requests.
• Advise staff on policies and inquiries such as payroll and compliance.
• Support employee engagement and training initiatives.
• Respond to evolving business priorities with value-added HR activities.
