Job summary

DataSpring is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-lifecycle recruiting for assigned positions across functions and levels. You will partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, identify and assess qualified candidates, coordinate structured interview processes, and support hiring decisions from intake through offer acceptance.

This full-time, remote role reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition & Development and focuses on

Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ experience recruiting for technical roles
• Experience recruiting in remote or professional services environments preferred
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage full-lifecycle recruiting for assigned positions across functions and levels
• Partner with hiring managers and TA/Development to understand requirements, priorities, and selection criteria
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates
• Screen and assess candidates, provide insights to hiring managers, and support interview processes
• Coordinate interviews, plans, scorecards, and candidate communications
• Support offer development and coordination with leadership and People & Culture
• Maintain consistent candidate communication and recruiting data throughout the process
