The Talent Acquisition Specialist will own full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, partnering with hiring managers to shape hiring plans, source and screen candidates, and drive each search to a confident, timely decision.

You will add value from day one by conducting phone screens and moving roles forward with urgency, while supporting learning and development and internship program initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience conducting phone screens independently.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to fill roles end-to-end.
• Excellent service to internal partners and candidates.
• Poised, concise communication with VP-level and senior leaders.
• Sound judgment with clear hiring recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles and deliver qualified candidates on timelines.
• Build and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
• Screen and phone-interview candidates aligned with Brkthru values.
• Drive interview process to timely decision and assist with offers.
• Partner with managers and senior stakeholders and keep candidates informed.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and pipelines in compliance.
