Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruitment for salaried roles across multiple business units. This role partners with hiring managers and HR partners to understand staffing needs, timelines, and candidate profiles.

You will source, screen, and present qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and guide offers and onboarding. Build strong pipelines and manage job postings while maintaining accurate ATS data for ongoing leadership updates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Full-cycle recruiting experience from intake through offer stage.
• Experience recruiting for professional or salaried positions.
• Experience utilizing an ATS.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for salaried positions across multiple business units.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
• Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through various recruiting channels.
• Conduct candidate screenings and present qualified talent to hiring teams.
• Coordinate and participate in interview processes while providing guidance on candidate selection.
• Partner with HR stakeholders throughout the offer and onboarding process.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Post and manage job openings through internal and external recruiting platforms.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and requisition data within the applicant tracking system.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide hiring updates to business leaders.
• Support recruiting efforts across functions including operations, engineering, finance, sales, marketing, and manufacturing leadership.
• Assist with employer branding initiatives, recruiting events, and talent attraction strategies.
