Qualifications

• Two years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Experience in educational services and/or healthcare recruitment strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex searches and consult with leaders on hiring strategies.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and social media platforms.
• Growth mindset with motivation to learn, adapt, and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand business needs and develop data-driven recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through sourcing, outreach, networking, and events.
• Craft messaging and manage high volumes of candidate communication.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Provide strategic guidance to hiring managers using market insights and recruiting metrics.
• Track recruiting metrics and drive continuous process improvements.
• Lead initiatives including employer branding and sourcing strategy development.
• Share best practices with TA teammates and meet recruitment goals.
