This remote, full-time role is ideal for someone who can partner with hiring leaders, build pipelines, and manage high volumes of candidate communications while delivering data-driven insights and continuous process

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in talent acquisition.
• Experience in educational services and/or healthcare recruitment preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and social media platforms.
• Growth mindset with motivation to learn, adapt, and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through sourcing, outreach, and events.
• Craft messaging and manage high volumes of candidate communication.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skills and culture fit.
