Point Quest Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract top education professionals nationwide. You will execute data-driven recruitment strategies, mentor recruiters, and drive initiatives to strengthen our talent pipeline while balancing hands-on sourcing with strategic advisory duties.

The ideal candidate will work remotely with capability to operate across the country, and will enjoy competitive compensation plus performance-based bonuses.

Formación

• 2 years of talent acquisition experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive outreach and events.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for fit and skills.
• Provide strategic guidance using market insights and recruiting metrics.
• Track metrics and drive continuous process improvement.
• Lead employer branding initiatives and recruitment process optimization.
