The role offers a base salary of $70,000–$80,000 plus performance-based incentives and a collaborative culture focused on student outcomes and talent excellence.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in talent acquisition.
• Experience in educational services and/or healthcare recruitment preferred.
• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with ATS, sourcing tools, and social media platforms.
• Growth mindset with ability to learn, adapt and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand needs and develop data-driven recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through sourcing, outreach, and events.
• Craft compelling messaging and manage high volumes of candidate communications.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skills and cultural fit.
• Provide strategic guidance to hiring managers using market insights.
• Track recruiting metrics and drive process improvements.
• Contribute to employer branding and recruitment process optimization.
• Share best practices with TA teammates and help meet recruitment goals.
