Job summary

Hummel Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruiting process. You will partner with managers to create robust recruitment strategies and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining compliance with laws and internal procedures.

The role requires two+ years in recruitment, a Bachelor's or Associate degree, and a drive to build strong university relationships to fill pipelines. A remote work option is available with approval.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree required.
• At least two years of experience managing a recruitment or hiring process.
• Must have a current driver's license and insurable driving record.
• Working toward SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR or SPHR within two years.

Responsibilities

• Manages all phases of the recruitment process.
• Drafts detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria with managers.
• Identifies and implements efficient recruiting methods and strategies.
• Articulates Hummel Group culture to candidates.
• Partners with Marketing to develop campaigns and postings.
• Maintains records in the ATS.
• Screens resumes and conducts phone/video interviews.
• Schedules interviews and prepares questions and materials.
• Collaborates during the offer process on salary ranges and start dates.
• Ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Attends college job fairs and builds pipelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
