Job summary

SERVPRO Team Doyle is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 100% remote role aligned with US Eastern Time. The position covers full-cycle recruitment across six PA hubs, partnering directly with the COO to drive talent pipelines and innovative strategies.

You will recruit for technical, field, operational, and leadership roles. Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of full-cycle experience, strong communication skills, and comfort working autonomously in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of successful full-cycle recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
• Self-starter who can work effectively in a fully remote environment.
• Strong communication skill across phone, video, and email outreach.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Executive Leadership (COO & GMs) to align hiring goals with business expansion.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment funnel: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, offers, onboarding.
• Proactive sourcing through headhunting, cold outreach, and talent pipeline building for restoration, construction, and operations roles.
• Craft engaging job ads and serve as the welcoming voice for new talent at SERVPRO Team Doyle.
• Leverage CareerPlug and tools to track metrics, shorten time-to-hire, and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
