SERVPRO of Allentown is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting across six PA franchises in a fully remote role, aligned with EST hours. Source, interview, and hire top talent for field operations, management, sales, and office administration while collaborating with Franchise Managers to refine requirements and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

This role offers a strong compensation package with on-target earnings of $80,000–$90,000, pace-driven

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in disaster restoration, construction, or skilled trades preferred.
• Available to work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from posting to onboarding.
• Source using job boards, social media, referrals and direct outreach.
• Build pipelines to meet staffing demands across 6 franchise territories.
• Collaborate with Franchise Managers to refine requirements and candidate experience.
• Evaluate candidates' qualifications, certifications (OSHA/IICRC) and fit.
• Track recruiting metrics to improve hiring practices.
