Job summary

Palco is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate and client-facing roles in a remote capacity. You’ll partner with hiring leaders to define talent needs, develop sourcing plans, and deliver a positive candidate experience across multiple markets.

You will manage the recruiting lifecycle, build a strong pipeline, track metrics, and collaborate with People and hiring teams to craft competitive offers within approved ranges, with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting across corporate and high-volume roles.
• Experience supporting both corporate and client-facing hiring.
• Knowledge of hiring laws and best practices.
• Ability to use sourcing tools and recruitment metrics.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business, or related field.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is preferred.
