Mistral is expanding its US team and seeks a Talent Acquisition Contractor to build high-caliber teams across go-to-market and corporate roles. The role collaborates with managers across functions to source, engage, and hire talent, shaping culture and future success. Remote-friendly with preferred bases in San Francisco or NYC.

You will manage end-to-end recruiting, develop search strategies, engage candidates, and optimize processes to drive high acceptance rates and strong hiring outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for business and technical roles, preferably in enterprise software.
• Proven ability to learn new roles/markets quickly.
• Track record hiring in competitive talent markets.
• At least four years of recruiting experience, including outbound search.
• Strong communication to influence hiring managers and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruiting process to provide a seamless candidate and hiring-team experience.
• Develop and implement search strategies for a range of roles.
• Partner with stakeholders to define hiring needs and sourcing plans.
• Identify, engage, and guide candidates through interview and offer processes.
• Analyze hiring data to identify root causes and inefficiencies.
• Recommend improvements to recruiting processes, documentation, and tools.
• Advise candidates on closing strategies to improve acceptance rates.
• Contribute to refinements in hiring systems and approaches.
