Job summary

Mistral is seeking a US-based Talent Acquisition professional to build and scale revenue-generating teams from the ground up. You will shape GTM recruiting strategy, partner with GTM leadership, and own full-cycle recruitment across AEs, SDRs, Solutions Engineers, and RevOps.

You will drive candidate experience and advocate for Mistral’s mission, culture, and growth plan while establishing best practices in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of recruiting experience, including startup or high-growth B2B SaaS/infrastructure.
• Experience hiring across the full GTM stack: SDRs to senior AEs and leadership.
• Strong network in US GTM talent markets, especially AI/ML, open-source, enterprise software.
• Proven ability to hire in candidate-scarce markets with multiple offers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Organized, detail-oriented, capable of handling shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTM leaders to understand hiring needs, define role specs, and identify talent.
• Own full-cycle recruitment across all GTM functions and close candidates in a competitive market.
• Source passive and active candidates across US GTM pools, focusing on AI/ML and enterprise software.
• Lead intake sessions with hiring managers to align on candidate profiles and stages.
• Drive efficient pipelines with target conversion and time-to-fill improvements.
• Guide candidates through the process with transparent communication and compelling Mistral storytelling.
• Contribute to recruiting operations, data diagnosis, and process improvements.
