Qualifications

• 6+ years of recruiting experience in technical roles, including startup/high-growth environments.
• Ability to hire across the technical stack from researchers to engineers.
• Deep network in US research and engineering talent markets, with credibility in AI/ML.
• Proven track record in competitive, candidate-scarce markets and visa/relocation hiring.
• Experience partnering with Research leadership and multiple US markets.

Responsibilities

• Partner with technical leaders to understand hiring needs, define role specs, and identify top talent.
• Own full-cycle recruitment for Research Science and Research Engineering in the US.
• Advise on market mapping, leveling, comp positioning, and competitive landscape for talent.
• Translate role nuances into compelling outreach and engage both passive and active candidates.
• Own end-to-end recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to close with autonomy.
• Develop pipelines, intake sessions with managers, and standardized interview rubrics.
