Job summary

Telecare in Southern California is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to coordinate regional recruitment, building strategies for licensed, leadership, and other hard-to-fill roles. You will support the Talent Acquisition Director and collaborate with program managers to cultivate a strong candidate pool.

Qualifications include a BA/BS in HR or related field, 4+ years in recruitment, and excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure timely hires across Telecare's programs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Human Resources or related field.
• 4+ years of recruitment experience with increasing responsibilities and demonstrated skills in creative sourcing, recruiting strategies, and interviewing for diverse candidates.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the assigned region’s recruitment efforts to develop a pool of qualified and diverse candidates.
• Develops quarterly proactive strategic recruitment plan and goals.
• Develops and implements recruitment strategies for key difficult-to-fill positions.
• Prescreens employment applications for key positions and conducts preliminary interviews.
• Tracks applications and resumes for key positions and distributes to programs.
• Works with Employment Manager on company-wide recruitment initiatives and staff in other regions as needed.
• Develops and maintains recruitment resources (e.g., brochures, flyers).
• Represents Telecare in various capacities relating to recruitment.
• Assists programs by initiating corporate sponsorships and/or clinical rotations.
• Provides recruitment training at locations.
