Job summary

Paycom - ATS seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate experience. You will partner with managers to draft roles, design sourcing strategies, and lead interviews while ensuring legal compliance and a strong employer brand.

You will engage in campus recruiting and build relationships with colleges and universities to create candidate pipelines, while collaborating with Marketing to optimize job postings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree required.
• At least two years of experience managing a recruitment or hiring process.
• Must have a current driver's license and an insurable driving record.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR designations pursued within two years.

Responsibilities

• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
• Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Identifies and implements efficient recruiting methods aligned with industry standards.
• Understands and articulates the organization's culture to candidates.
• Partners with Marketing to develop campaigns, postings, and advertisement processes.
• Maintains accurate ATS records and screens resumes with interviews.
• Schedules and participates in interviews; prepares questions and materials.
• Assists with offers and salary discussions with managers.
• Ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Attends college job fairs and builds university pipelines.
