Job summary

Conner Strong & Buckelew is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Sourcer to identify top talent for our growing insurance recruitment function. You will source candidates using LinkedIn, Greenhouse, and referrals, conducting proactive outreach to passive talent and building a robust pipeline for both current and future needs.

You will collaborate with recruiters and hiring leaders, participate in meetings, and stay ahead of industry trends to adjust strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years insurance recruiting experience preferred
• Comfortable with high volume outbound sourcing
• Proven ability to source top talent in the insurance industry
• Familiar with Boolean searching techniques
• Familiar with sourcing tools and ATS
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Able to build and maintain professional relationships
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Identify potential candidates using LinkedIn, Greenhouse, and referrals
• Conduct proactive outreach to passive candidates and maintain a candidate pipeline
• Build and maintain relationships to keep candidates engaged and informed
• Participate in recruitment meetings and advise on sourcing strategies
• Monitor industry trends to adjust sourcing approaches
• Ensure data privacy compliance when storing candidate information
• Provide market insights to the recruitment team
• Perform other duties as assigned
