Conner Strong & Buckelew is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Sourcer to identify top talent for our growing insurance recruitment function. You will source candidates using LinkedIn, Greenhouse, and referrals, conducting proactive outreach to passive talent and building a robust pipeline for both current and future needs.
You will collaborate with recruiters and hiring leaders, participate in meetings, and stay ahead of industry trends to adjust strategies.

Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, Talent Acquisition Manager, this role is essential in supporting our recruitment efforts by sourcing and building out a pipeline of potential candidates for our continuous growth.

Able to work flexible hours and travel to other Conner Strong & Buckelew offices and company events as needed.
Salary for this position ranges from $65,000-$80,000. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
Qualifying positions will also be eligible for comprehensive benefits, such as participation in family medical and dental insurance programs, 401K plan, and PTO.
