Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience recruiting in corporate, RPO or agency settings.
• Familiarity with ATS and social media tools.
• Knowledge of HR concepts and recruitment metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to determine positions.
• Collaborate to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate profiles and build strong candidate slates; cultivate pipelines.
• Keep candidates engaged with timely progress updates.
• Assist with offer details using market data and compensation guidelines.
