Florida Virtual School is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across the organization. You will partner with hiring managers, HR teams, and leadership to source, evaluate, and hire top talent while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, proficiency with Workday or similar ATS, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, public administration or related field.
• 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with ATS like Workday and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter/Indeed.
• Proven ability to manage 12+ open roles across multiple teams.
• Excellent communicator with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across all levels and departments.
• Track recruiting metrics and optimize hiring workflows.
• Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews and provide HR support.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for organizational needs.
• Ensure candidate experience is positive and professional throughout the process.
