Ladders, a leader in information technology, seeks a Talent Acquisition Process Lead to enhance end-to-end recruiting experiences by refining processes, workflows, and operating models across TA.

You will partner with TA leadership and cross-functional teams to drive simplification, launch initiatives, and ensure adoption while keeping recruiters aligned and informed. This remote US-based role offers strong compensation and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in program management, process improvement, or talent acquisition operations.
• 7+ years designing and delivering transformative initiatives.
• Experience in recruiting organizations and the end-to-end hiring lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with project management or workflow tools, such as SmartSheets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a steward of key recruiting processes and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to simplify or improve hiring practices.
• Partner with TA leadership to evolve the recruiting operating model.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance recruiting processes and tools.
• Drive initiatives from concept through launch and stabilization.
• Develop communication strategies for new TA initiatives.
• Ensure recruiting teams are informed and aligned with changes.
