Ladders is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to own vision and execution of the TA function, shaping a scalable hiring engine across the organization. You will assess current recruiting processes, drive transformational change, coach a team of seven professionals, and partner with senior leadership on workforce priorities, using data-driven decision making to raise performance and impact.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in high-growth environments.
• Proven track record of transforming existing recruiting functions and processes.
• Experience supporting hiring across diverse functions, including technical and executive roles.
• Strong strategic and operational skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Expertise in recruiting operations and technology, particularly ATS systems such as Greenhouse.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and enhance the current Talent Acquisition organization and processes.
• Define and execute a strategic roadmap for Talent Acquisition improvements.
• Lead change management initiatives, fostering stakeholder alignment and process adoption.
• Coach and develop a team of seven recruiting professionals, setting clear expectations and growth opportunities.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders on workforce and hiring decisions.
• Oversee senior-level and critical searches, ensuring effective strategy and stakeholder engagement.
• Establish and optimize recruiting processes and metrics for improved performance.
