Job summary

Ladders seeks a Senior Director of Talent Acquisition to own the strategy across a fast-moving, growth-focused IT environment. This executive role partners with the C-suite to shape hiring priorities, improve assessment practices, and build scalable recruiting capabilities.

The leader must be hands-on with a data-driven approach, building pipelines for high-priority roles and leveraging technology to boost efficiency and decision-making. Remote US-based role, visa not available.

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, including leadership experience.
• Background in high-growth technology, SaaS, or fintech environments.
• Proven history of building scalable recruiting strategies and teams.
• Hands-on expertise in recruiting and assessing executive and critical roles.
• Analytical, data-driven approach to talent decisions with strong business acumen.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Strong executive presence and credibility with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the talent acquisition strategy in partnership with executive leadership.
• Define hiring standards and assessment practices across the organization.
• Develop hiring plans aligned with critical business capabilities.
• Identify hiring gaps early and implement solutions to address them.
• Oversee quality of hire by partnering with business leaders.
• Build talent pipelines for high-priority roles and ensure timely decisions by hiring managers.
• Leverage data, technology, and automation to enhance recruiting efficiency.
