Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in HR, Business Management/Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
• 3+ years in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience creating sourcing strategies to target top candidates.
• Experience with Dayforce and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Review job requisitions, postings, offers, social media initiatives, advertising, and best practices.
• Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for current and future openings.
• Use employee referrals, career fairs, recruiting boards, the internet, social media, and industry organizations to build a strong talent pool.
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle for exempt-level positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent.
• Drive a positive candidate experience, provide status updates to candidates and hiring managers, and manage dispositioning in the applicant system.
• Support diversity initiatives and HR projects as assigned by the Sr Manager, Talent Acquisition.
