Job summary

Hillman is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner who is bilingual in English and Spanish to lead full-cycle recruiting with a strong emphasis on inclusive candidate experiences. You will source, screen, interview, and extend offers while partnering with HR and business leaders to forecast workforce needs.

You will build robust candidate pipelines, advise hiring managers on interview best practices, and help promote Hillman’s employer brand. Travel for events may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for specialized, hard to fill, or high volume roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support.
• Source candidates through job boards, networking, employee referrals, social media, and proactive outreach to passive talent.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring and critical roles.
• Provide guidance to hiring managers on interview best practices and structured processes.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate preparation, and timely feedback to ensure a positive experience.
• Track recruiting metrics and contribute to process improvements.
• Promote Hillman’s employer brand at events and in recruitment marketing materials.
