Job summary

Hillman Group in Ohio is seeking a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner (Spanish) to manage full cycle recruiting, delivering inclusive candidate experiences in both English and Spanish, and to build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders.

You will source and screen candidates, craft effective recruiting strategies, promote Hillman’s employer brand, ensure compliance, and contribute to staffing plans. Occasional travel (≈10–20%) may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for specialized, hard to fill, or high-volume roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and selection criteria.
• Source candidates via job boards, referrals, social media, and proactive outreach.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication.
• Ensure compliance with hiring policies and regulations.
• Represent Hillman’s employer brand at events and recruitment marketing.
