BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to build and sustain a global executive talent network for its research organization.

You will partner with Research leaders, hiring managers and HR to identify, engage, and cultivate highly specialized scientific talent across academia, biotech, and pharma. You will lead talent scouting, map markets, and develop proactive talent plans, while leveraging AI-enabled sourcing tools to scale outreach.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in Talent Acquisition; 5+ in executive search or specialized recruiting.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Experience in biotech, pharma, life sciences, or research hiring.
• Analytical mindset translating market intel into insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and consulting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead executive talent scouting for senior scientific roles.
• Develop targeted sourcing across academia, biotech, pharma, and institutes.
• Partner with recruiters and leaders to define talent plans and pipelines.
