Job summary

Chiesi USA is seeking a highly motivated contract Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with a strong network in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally based in Cary, NC or Boston, MA.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for scientific roles in the United States, build strategic talent pipelines, advise business leaders, and ensure compliant, efficient hiring processes over a six-month contract with potential extension or full-time conversion.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience recruiting mid-to-senior-level scientific talent
• Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner with workforce planning and market trend advisory
• Proven ability to build talent pipelines and engage passive candidates in competitive markets
• Executive presence with consultative skills to influence stakeholders
• Experience with labor market intelligence, analytics, and recruiting metrics

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and hiring outcomes across US scientific roles
• Partner with hiring managers and HR on workforce planning and talent strategy
• Advise on compensation considerations and market trends
• Manage contingent workforce recruitment and onboarding processes
• Coach hiring managers on interviewing and selection best practices
• Maintain pipelines using ATS/CRM and ensure data integrity
• Provide reporting on requisitions, candidate status, and KPIs
