Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or related experience.
• Multi-site healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
• Experience utilizing ATS and sourcing tools; ADP or Greenhouse preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
• Workforce Planning & Partnership: Collaborate with operational leaders to understand staffing trends, turnover risks, and future workforce needs.
• Recruitment Operations: Maintain accurate candidate records and requisition activity within the ATS; ensure compliance with laws and policies; track recruitment metrics.
