Job summary

Compass Health Center is seeking an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner to manage full-cycle recruiting for 15+ clinical and operational roles. This primarily remote role requires based in Illinois with in-person events in Chicagoland and occasional travel to Compass locations nationwide.

You will partner with hiring managers, build strong relationships, and design talent strategies while ensuring a positive candidate experience from outreach to offer.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a professional, corporate, or healthcare environment.
• Experience managing searches from intake through offer, including sourcing, screening, and candidate management.
• Curious, proactive mindset with enthusiasm for connecting with people.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring leaders.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter; familiarity with an ATS (Greenhouse a plus).
• Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for 15+ clinical and/or operational positions simultaneously, from intake through offer and close.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand teams and hiring needs, set expectations, and create/execute talent strategies.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring leaders and serve as a recruiting partner throughout the process.
• Source, engage, and build relationships with candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, networking, referrals, events, and other sourcing strategies.
• Conduct phone and virtual interviews, assess candidates against role requirements, and guide teams through interviews, feedback, selection, offers.
• Create a thoughtful, responsive candidate experience from first outreach through offer.
• Use recruiting data and metrics to identify trends and improve results.
• Contribute to DEI recruitment, early career recruiting, talent operations, employer branding, and process improvements.
• Bring ideas and energy to support the growing team.
