Job summary

Keeper Security is seeking an Associate Talent Acquisition Partner, Tech, to support full-cycle recruiting for a fast-growing SaaS company. This fully remote role offers a hybrid option for candidates in the Chicago area and requires 1–3 years of recruiting experience in tech or SaaS.

You will review applications, source candidates, coordinate interviews and assist with onboarding. The role emphasizes precision, initiative and collaboration across HR and recruiting teams.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Experience supporting roles in technology or SaaS
• Experience with ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
• Full-cycle recruiting including sourcing and screening
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage confidential information

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment for junior and support roles
• Review applications and advance qualified candidates
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools
• Coordinate interviews and provide status updates
• Assist with onboarding logistics and collaboration with HR
