Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to source and recruit candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire finance and professional roles. You will collaborate with clients to define hiring needs, analyze requirements, and deploy tailored recruiting strategies.

You will build pipelines, assess candidates for fit, manage data in ATS, and participate in onboarding. This role supports a hybrid remote/work-from-home environment and rewards performance with incentive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR 3 years of professional experience.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Commitment to quality and customer service with a client-focused mindset.
• Team player with collaborative mindset and adaptability to new technology.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to define strategic objectives and hiring needs.
• Analyze hiring needs and create client-specific recruiting strategies.
• Administer job postings in various systems.
• Assess candidates for qualification match, cultural fit, and client requirements.
• Enter and track data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Build and maintain a network of industry contacts through associations and networks.
• Deploy, coach, develop, and redeploy temporary staff as needed.
• Respond to inquiries and escalate to senior recruiters or managers when appropriate.
• Complete hiring/onboarding processes in line with client requirements and safety rules.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
