Job summary

Mission Technologies, a division of HII, seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner (Remote) to support all-domain operations across the United States and internationally. You will manage full life-cycle recruiting for technical, operational, and mission-support roles, partnering with hiring managers to understand requirements and timelines.

The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for technical skill sets, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree in a related field; 1 year with a master's degree; or 7 years with a high school diploma and relevant experience.
• Experience managing full life-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, candidate evaluation, interview coordination, offer management, and closing.
• Experience recruiting for technical skill sets (engineering, cybersecurity, IT, software, intelligence, or other specialized roles).
• Ability to recruit across a varied portfolio of technical, operational, professional, and mission-support positions.
• Experience using boolean searches, job boards, social networks, referrals, and direct outreach.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruiting for assigned positions across All-Domain Operations from intake to offer.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements, priorities, and timelines.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for technical and mission-support roles.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, networks, referrals, and events.
• Screen candidates to assess experience, qualifications, clearances, and compensation expectations.
• Coordinate interviews, facilitate selections, and move candidates through the hiring process.
