Job summary

Keeper Security is seeking a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to maintain the TA tech stack, oversee Greenhouse, generate reports, and analyze recruiting data to drive efficiency and candidate experience. You will partner with IT, HR, and leadership to optimize processes, capacity planning, and KPI tracking across a global recruiting team.

This role is 100% remote from select locations, with a hybrid option for Chicago-area candidates, supporting Keeper’s growth in cybersecurity software.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in talent acquisition operations or HR operations.
• Experience supporting recruiting systems and processes.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system; Greenhouse required.
• Experience with recruiting technology integrations/updates.
• Experience building dashboards, reports, and KPIs for TA/HR leaders.
• Familiarity with ADP or other HRIS systems.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven recommendations.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, analytics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Greenhouse data integrity, configurations, and workflows.
• Support TA tech stack, reporting tools, and automation workflows.
• Partner with IT/HR/vendors for integrations and issue resolution.
• Create, monitor, and share recurring TA/Hr dashboards and KPIs.
• Analyze recruiting trends, funnel performance, and capacity needs.
• Assist with capacity planning and headcount alignment with hiring goals.
• Document processes and develop training materials for recruiters.
• Support cross-functional projects and process improvements.
