Qualifications

• Strong recruiter with end-to-end recruiting experience for executives and operators.
• Able to design and implement AI-powered workflows and integrations.
• Experience coordinating programs and operations in fast-moving startups or tech companies.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle coach recruiting: sourcing, interviewing, evaluation, selection, hiring.
• Build relationships with experienced executives and operators to deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
• Redesign recruiting and coach operations workflows to reduce manual work and increase scalability.
• Design AI-powered workflows, agents, automations, and integrations that enhance recruiting, onboarding, and coaching operations.
• Connect tools, data, and processes to improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making.
