Mento seeks senior HR leaders to join as coaches, partnering 1:1 with members to set and track goals, develop leadership, and communicate effectively. You will coach in a remote environment, share tools, and help members feel fulfilled in their roles, while modeling empathy and a growth mindset.

Ideal candidates bring 20+ years in HR leadership, coaching certification is a plus, and a passion for building thriving careers in dynamic, startup-like settings.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of HR leadership experience
• Desire to convert leadership skills into coaching expertise
• Passion for helping people advance in the workplace
• High emotional intelligence and empathetic leadership
• Growth mindset regardless of coaching tenure
• Comfortable in a fast-changing startup environment

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 coaching to Mento members via virtual sessions
• Attend ongoing training to improve coaching skills
• Communicate with members via Mento email or chat in-app between sessions
• Share coaching tools and insights to improve practices and empower members
• Act as an ambassador of the Mento community with kindness and respect
