• Partner with HR leaders, business stakeholders and external providers to strengthen Talent Acquisition capabilities and support strategic priorities.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics enabling data-driven decisions and measurable business impact.
• Champion AI and emerging technologies to improve recruiting effectiveness and operational performance.
• Guide cross-functional projects from planning through execution to ensure on-time delivery.
• Foster knowledge sharing and best-practice adoption across Talent Acquisition teams.
• Enhance experiences for hiring managers, candidates and TA teams through process improvements.
