Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading recruiting teams and driving talent acquisition strategies.
• Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and translate insights into actions.
• Proven ability to coach recruiters and influence stakeholders.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
