Talkiatry is seeking a recruiter to articulate our brand and mission to candidates across the U.S. You will manage end-to-end recruiting and support onboarding, while developing sourcing strategies and programs to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a recruiter role, preferably in healthcare.
• Minimum 1 year in mental health recruitment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
