Responsibilities

• Assist Investment Team and the COO across all aspects of private equity investments and portfolio operations.
• Build financial models and asset analyses; analyze market data.
• Support investment theses with industry sizing, comps, and competitor analysis.
• Track portfolio company performance and internal KPIs; build dashboards and reporting.
• Handle fund administration tasks (capital calls, wires, investor tracking, LP reporting support).
• Develop outbound target lists for sourcing (CRM management, data gathering, enrichment).
• Support ad hoc operational, strategic, and administrative initiatives as needed.
