Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting, 2+ years in PE/finance
• Strong sourcing instincts with Boolean, LinkedIn, and niche boards
• Data-driven mindset with metrics to improve processes
• Excellent communicator with hiring managers and candidates

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end recruiting for PE and portfolio roles
• Design scalable hiring processes and onboarding handoff
• Manage ATS, data hygiene, and pipeline visibility
• Strengthen Tucker’s Farm employer brand and careers page
• Own time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, quality of hire, and sourcing ROI
